Recipe:
-3/4 cup warm water
-1 TBLS yeast
-1 tsp sugar
**pour water in small bowl, sprinkle with yeast and sugar over the surface. Stir to combine. Let stand till foamy, about 10 minutes.
-1 1/2 cups buttermilk, warmed just to take chill off
-2 TBLS butter,melted
-3 TBLS honey
-1 TBLS salt
-6 to 6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour.
*Use KitchenAid dough hook, combine I ingredients. Mix for about 4 minutes.
*Place dough in greased bowl. Turn to coat. Let rise till doubled. 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
*Deflate dough. Turn out on floured surface. Divide into 2. Place dough in greased loaf pans. Cover, let rise till doubled again, 30-45 minutes.
