Creamy Potato Soup


Recipe:

-3 to 4 potatoes, cooked (peeled and diced)
-3 1/2 cups milk
-4 ounce cream cheese
-2 TBLS butter
-1 1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp pepper
-4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

*Combine all ingredients, minus cooked potatoes,  in saucepan. Stir till cream cheese melts.  Do not bring to boil. Add potatoes and mix in.

Toppings: cooked chopped bacon, green onions, sour cream, extra cheese
