-1 onion, chopped
-2 TBLS butter
-2 1/2 cups milk
-1 bag frozen broccoli florets
-12 oz. Velvetta cheese, cubed
*sauté onion in butter; add milk and broccoli. Cook till tender. Add velvetta cheese. Cook till melted. Add s&p to taste and some garlic powder.
* using an immersion blender, purée broccoli.
