Recipe:
-1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
-zest of 1 lemon
-8 oz. Tub of cool whip, thawed
-Graham cracker pie crust
*in bowl combine milk and lemon juice; fold in cool whip. Add to crust. Refrigerate.
*filling is gluten free, add to a gf pie crust for a light dessert!
