Recipe:
-1 TBLS Veg. Oil
-1 onion, chopped
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp cumin
-3/4 tsp dried oregano
-2 cans (14.5oz each) chicken broth
-2 to 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
-2 (15oz) cans white beans
-1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-3/4 cup sour cream
1. Cook onion over med-low heat. Mix in seasonings. Cook 3 minutes, till tender. Mix in broth, chicken, and beans. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in cheese till melted.
3. Add sour cream.
