Recipe:
-stew meat
-1 TBLS oil
-14 oz can diced tomatoes
-14.5 oz can of beef broth
-1 small carrot, diced
-1/2 tsp onion
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp thyme
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1 small bag radishes, peeled
1. Brown beef stew meat in oil. Add rest of ingredients. Turn heat down and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
2. Add radishes, simmer 45 minutes.
*NOTE* this recipe contains NO potatoes, none at all! The radishes take on the appearance of potatoes and you don't even miss them!! Radishes are a perfect substitute!
