Recipe:
1. Peel sweet potatoes, slice in uniform long slices.
2. Soak in salted water for 30 minutes.
3. Dry extremely well. Sprinkle corn starch over potatoes to soak up any leftover water residue.
4. Fry 375° till golden brown. Remove; then salt.
*great with creamy cinnamon dip*
